Mayor Bartlett announced today that Robyn Undieme has been named as a new Project Manager for the City of Tulsa’s Management Review Office (MRO). Robyn Undieme’s position became effective, Feb. 1, 2013.
Prior to joining the City of Tulsa she served as a marriage and family therapist for a small private practice which introduced her to business and entrepreneurship that ultimately led to her completing an MBA at the University of Tulsa.
During her tenure at TU in 2011, Robyn led a small research team and co-authored a published report, “Tulsa Economic Benchmark Study,” which was presented to Mayor Bartlett, the Tulsa City Council and the Tulsa Regional Chamber. This report compared Tulsa’s economic past and present, while comparing other cities located in the Midwest that could pose as competition with Tulsa. Last summer, Robyn completed an internship in the Mayor’s Office, which focused on carrying out important research and writing projects for the mayor and his staff.
In addition to Robyn’s MRO duties, she maintains a small private practice on the weekends and teaches psychology at TCC on Thursday evenings. She is co-founder of Tulsa Pioneer Group, LLC, which works and consults with entrepreneurs in writing a complete business plan.
Robyn has earned a BA in psychology from the University of New Mexico, an MA in marriage & family therapy from Oral Roberts University and an MBA from the University of Tulsa.
“I am so pleased to have Robyn as a project manager for our MRO team. Her unique skills in research, as well as her entrepreneurial experiences will be a great asset in helping us successfully lead our organization to be more efficient and effective,” said Mayor Bartlett.
